When can I expect to receive my Be Loved Box?

All Boxes are scheduled to be shipped within 3 business days of purchase. If you have chosen one of the wonderful upcoming seasonal boxes, they will be shipped by the 15th of the first month they are available, if they are already available, they will be shipped within the 3 business days noted above. 

Is there a local pick up?

Yes! Prince George, B.C. We may even be able to arrange for a delivery.

What type of items will be featured in Be Loved Boxes?

We handpick products from Local Canadian businesses. We all know a person making a living doing what they are passionate about, whether it is a maker a creator, a wholesaler or an independent salesperson. We want to make a difference in our Canadian economy by supporting families and purchasing locally.  

What if I do not like something in a Be Loved Box?

While we realize not everyone shares the same interests and taste in lifestyle products, we hand pick all items in hopes you will love them as much as we do and to ensure that they are of high quality. Each box is different and hopefully the next one will have more items in it that you enjoy.

Can I return a Be Loved Box or any of the items inside?

No, but if you receive your Be Loved Gift box in severely damaged condition or any of your products are damaged, please contact us at belovedventures@gmail.com

I'm interested in having my items featured in one of the Be Loved Gift Boxes or Seasonal Subscription Box, what should I do?

Send us an email! We are always excited to see what wonderful products you come up with and we look forward to hearing from you. 

If I subscribed to the seasonal subscription boxes, when will my payment be processed?

Your card will be charged for your first box at the time of purchase and then after that on the 1st of the month in which the box is available for shipment (ie. March 1st for Spring box).

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you feel like you no longer want to continue with the Seasonal Be Loved Box Subscription, we'd love to hear from you to see if there is anything that can be done to improve your experience. We want everyone to love everything about it as much as we do!

That being said, seasonal subscriptions may be cancelled anytime prior to your next payment date. Once payment has been processed, you will not be refunded. For example, payment for the Spring box will be processed March 1st. If you do not cancel prior to March 1st, you will not be eligible for a refund after the payment is processed. If you still wish to cancel afterwards, you would have to cancel prior to the Summer box payment date of June 1st.
